LEGO 8070 Super Car is a 1,281 piece Technic set released in 2011. It features a supercar with LEGO Power Functions for opening scissor doors, extending the rear spoiler, and popping the hood to reveal a V8 engine, plus gear wheel steering, realistic suspension, and moving pistons. It can be rebuilt into a Hot Rod. It was retired in November 2012.
